A service run by the Korea Insurance Development Institute where, if you're treated at a participating hospital, the app sends your treatment-cost information directly to your insurer so you can claim indemnity medical insurance without personally obtaining and submitting a paper receipt or medical certificate. Besides claiming for yourself, it also supports claiming for a minor child or, with third-party authorization, for an adult child or parent, using public MyData to verify family relationships without extra paperwork. You can check claim status and history directly in the app; for hospitals or pharmacies that don't participate, you'll still need to prepare documents the traditional way and claim directly with your insurer. Online/app use is available 24 hours a day, with call center (1811-8888) and AI chatbot support also offered.
