Identity verification can be done via mobile phone, credit card, or a certified digital certificate, and counseling inquiries can be made at the main line (1544-1040). Be cautious of voice-phishing or text-phishing scams that impersonate 'Credit4U' and ask for a verification code or personal information. Online lookups are available 24 hours a day; phone counseling runs weekdays 09:00-17:30 (until 16:30 on Fridays).
