A Ministry of the Interior and Safety service for reporting anything that threatens everyday, traffic, facility, or school safety — such as broken pavement, a dangerous construction site, or damaged playground equipment — by taking a photo or video along with the location. Reports made through the website or smartphone app are automatically forwarded to the agency with jurisdiction, and you can usually check the outcome in your account page within 7 days. Reporters may also receive a reward within the available budget. Reports can be submitted 24 hours a day.
