A service run by the Korea Non-Life Insurance Association for when you're unsure of your fault ratio after a traffic accident, or find it hard to accept the fault ratio your insurer has proposed. Selecting the type of accident (a crosswalk with no signal, an intersection, etc.) immediately shows you the accepted fault-ratio standard based on similar precedents, and if you disagree with your insurer's ratio, you can request free dispute mediation. The case is reviewed by a committee made up of experts such as lawyers and loss adjusters. Case lookups are available 24 hours a day, while dispute-mediation counseling runs on weekdays.
