A Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport system that lets you sign a real-estate sale or lease contract with an electronic signature, without a paper contract or personal seal. Completing an electronic contract automatically handles the real-transaction report and assignment of a fixed date (확정일자), so you don't need to go through a separate reporting process, and it reduces the risk of a forged or altered contract. Contracts are securely stored in a certified document-storage center and can be viewed again when needed. To use it, proceed with your contract through a licensed real-estate agent registered on the system. For inquiries, call the customer center (1833-4662, weekdays 09:00-18:00).
