Calling 1366 connects you immediately to a counselor for crisis counseling, who will connect you to police, medical institutions, or shelters as needed. Regional centers (Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, and others) each run their own website, and dialing 1366 from anywhere in the country connects you to the nearest center. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
