Entering just your resident registration number (or business registration number) and name lets you check whether a national tax refund was approved in your name but never claimed. It's common to miss a refund notice because of a move or a changed bank account; check whether one exists first, then apply to receive it through Hometax or your local tax office. Refunds revert to the national treasury 5 years after the approval date.
