When basic livelihood recipients, near-poverty households, or single-parent families get their pet treated at a participating veterinary clinic designated by the Seoul city government, they only pay up to 10,000 won per visit for essential treatment, and only the amount above 200,000 won for elective treatment. No separate application is needed - just bring your ID and proof documents, such as a recipient certificate, to a participating clinic. Support is limited to registered dogs and cats, once a year per household, for up to 2 pets.
