A service run by the National Medical Center's National Emergency Medical Center where, when a child aged 12 or younger suddenly falls ill at night or on a holiday and it's unclear whether a hospital visit is needed, a pediatric/emergency-medicine specialist reviews the symptoms through chat and photo attachments. After you enter the symptoms on the website, an AI first triages the urgency, and you can then get counseling from pediatric specialists at hospitals such as Chilgok Kyungpook National University Hospital, Inha University Hospital, and CHA Bundang Medical Center through a 1:1 message board. You can also get guidance on home first aid, safe medication use, and what to do if symptoms worsen. It's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
