Operated by Korea's Ministry of Justice, HiKorea is the government's integrated portal for immigration and residence-related civil affairs for foreigners — including the Immigration/Stay Guide, visa issuance confirmation, and online applications such as automated immigration clearance registration. Foreign workers, international students, and their families mainly use it to check procedures. The 1345 Immigration Contact Center also provides general information for foreigners in multiple languages, including English and Chinese.
