Lets you get a health checkup certificate (health certificate) or vaccination certificate issued online, and apply for and check on pregnant-woman/infant public-health-center support programs, without visiting a public health center in person. Note that a health certificate can only be issued online if the test result is 'normal' - if there's an abnormal finding, you must visit the health center where you were tested in person to get it issued.
