A Ministry of Employment and Labor-commissioned organization offering services tailored to each employment stage for middle-aged and older workers - lifetime career design counseling for employees 40 and older, career-transition support for those about to retire, and re-employment support for those who have already retired. You can get 1:1 career counseling and resume/interview consulting at centers nationwide, and prepare at your own pace and place using online learning content. Workplaces with many employees nearing retirement can also arrange group career-transition training through an employer application. Counseling runs on weekdays and is free of charge.
