The Ministry of Health and Welfare's main childcare portal, providing information needed throughout pregnancy, birth, and childrearing in one place. You can get counseling from pregnancy/birth/childcare specialists, search for daycare centers nationwide and apply for a waitlist spot, pay childcare fees using the Happiness Card, and apply for part-time daycare service, all online. Pregnancy/birth/childcare counseling runs on a separate line (1644-7373), and daycare-related counseling on another (1566-3232). Online services are available 24 hours a day.
