A Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs service where you can look up and manage online the animal registration that becomes mandatory within 30 days of getting a dog, and search notices of abandoned or sheltered animals if you lose a pet. Registering your animal with an internal microchip, an external wireless ID device, or a registration tag assigns it a 15-digit unique number, which helps prevent loss or abandonment. It also offers a way to look up co-owner registration information and find an animal-registration agency. The online service is available 24 hours a day.
